Ole Dalsbo was arrested at Redgranite last week and brought here Saturday by Undersheriff Frank Kubisiak, charged with non-support of his family. In Justice Park's court today the case was adjourned to Aug. 9 to give him a chance to support his five children. A divorce action is pending between Dalsbo and his wife.

DALSBO GIVEN CHANCE
The abandonment case in which Ole Dalsbo is defendant was adjourned by Justice Park Wednesday to August 9 in order to give Dalsbo a chance to make good. He was charged was failing to support his four children. He has agreed to provide for their maintenance so was allowed to return to Red Granite where he has been working. A divorce action is pending between Dalsbo and his wife. District Atty. Owen appears for the state in the abandonment action and B? J. N. Murat for the defendent
