MRS STIMPSON DIES IN CHICAGO
After a continued illness, death took Mrs. W.E. Stimpson at the Kenwood hotel in Chicago early Monday morning.
Some six years ago Mr. and Mrs. Stimpson came to the North Woods country and for several years were managers of Ojibwa Lodge on Fence Lake. About three years ago they purchased Sunrise Camp, a resort located on the west shore of Gunlock lake and have successfully conducted that popular hostelry each season. Mrs. Stimpson was of that character wherein one who was an acquaintanc became a firm and lasting friend. Their scope of acquaintance in Minocqua was extra large and sympathies from this community are extended Mr. Stimpson.
