Baraboo News Republic 18 November 1929, page 2 OBITUARY CHARLES WING A large company of neighbors and friends assembled yesterday afternoon for the funeral services of Charles Wing, for many years a farmer in the town of Greenfield. The services were held at the old homestead now occupied by his son, Verne at 1:30 and at the Advent Christian church in Baraboo at 2 o'clock, being conducted by Rev. E. O. Coontz. Hymns were sung by Mrs. Charles Rooney and Rev. Coontz, with Mrs. Ellis Keepers as pianist. the bearers were: Lewis Johnson, R. B. Griggs, Will O. Jones, Harry Kuhns, John Alexander and M. C. Grandall. Burial was in the Walnut Hill cemetery. Those from out of town in attendance at the services were: Mr. and Mrs. Norman Astley and Mrs. G. Thomas and on Phillip of Portage; and Mrs. Agnes Eismann and daughter Lucinda of Madison. Contributed by Vicki Pierce
