OLD RESIDENT PASSES AWAY
Mrs. Margaret Smith, 84, passed away at St. Mary's Ringling Hospital this morning at 8:50 o'clock. Mrs. Smith had lived in Baraboo for 61 years. She is survived by four daughters and one son, Mrs. L. M. Milner, Mrs. Frank St. John, Mrs. Rudolph Yearman, all of Baraboo, Mrs. Harry Nelson of Madison, and Martin Smith of Beaver Dam; also 25 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren survive her. 
LAST RITES OF MRS. SMITH
The funeral of Mrs. Margaret Smith was held Tuesday morning at 9 o'clock from the McGann funeral home and at 9:30 from St. Joseph's Catholic church, Msgr. E. C. O'Reilly officiating. Pallbearers were Thomas Larkin, Joseph Degan, Joseph Frosch, William Smith, H. Nelson and K. Morley. Burial was in St. Joseph's cemetery. 
Relatives from away who attended the services were Mr. and Mrs. Harry Nelson, Mr. and Mrs. LaVerne Nelson of Madison, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Nelson Jr. and two daughters of Beaver Dam, William Smith of Milwaukee and Mr. and Mrs. Martin Smith and daughter of Beaver Dam.
