MORTIMER Valton Area Native Succumbs in Hospital Glenn A. MORTIMER jr., 38, Lodi, a native of the Valton area, died unexpectedly Friday in a Sauk-Prairie hospital. A Madison resident for 14 years after he left Valton, he had moved to Lodi recently. He was a veteran of Korean conflict and received the Purple Heart for wounds suffered in action. For 20 years, he was a maintenance man for the Oscar Mayer Company, Madison. Survivors include his wife, the former Jacklyn ROBESON; three sons, Glenn III, and John and Robert, at home; three daughters, Debra, Christie, and Sharon, at home; his mother, Mrs. Millie MORTIMER, Valton; five brothers, Maurice, Milton, and Jerome, Wonewoc; Donald, Lodi; and James Valton; and five sisters, Mrs. LeRoy HANKO, Cazenovia; Mrs. Willis STITTLEBURG, LaValle; Mrs. Vivian OSBORNE, Reedsburg; Mrs. Ray SCHRIVENS, Fond du Lac; and Helen MORTIMER, Valton. Services were held on Monday morning at Lodi, and burial was in the Valton cemetery.
