Mary Augustine Kingsley 1917

Mary Augustine Kingsley (nee Decot), wife of Ned Kingsley, was born in Alsace-Loraine, Germany, May 9,1880. She was the only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Decot. When but 8 years of age she came to this country with her parents, in the years 1888, coming to La Valle, where she has resided ever since. She was united in marriage to Ned Kingsley on March 4, 1906. To this union three children were born, one dying in infancy, and two who mourn the loss of a most faithful mother, Paul, aged 9 and Genevieve, aged 6. She died April 10, 1917, at the age of 36 years, 11 months and 1 day. She leaves a father, mother,five brothers, namely, Charles, Theodore, Edmund, Victor, and Frank, all residing in the town of La Valle except Theodore, who lives at Sauk City.
