Contributed by Jeanne Jessie MAYO: OBITUARY OF BLANCHE MAYO FRAZIER Mrs. Ernest FRAZIER dies of long illness Mrs. Ernest FRAZIER, 82, 204 Plymouth Street, died Wednesday, April 9, in a nursing home after a long illness. The former Blanche MAYO was born Nov. 21, 1886 in Woodland township. Surviving are three sons, Hartsel MORTIMER, 203 South Willow St.’ Delbert MORTIMER, Winona, MN.; and Oliver MORTIMER, Wisconsin Rapids; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Audrey OSBORN, Tampa, Fl.; 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren; two brothers, Joe MAYO, Union Center; and Fred, St. Paul, MN.; and sister, Mrs. Carrie BROOKS, Union Center. Services were held Saturday in the Hammer funeral home with Rev. Contributed by Jeanne Jessie MAYO: OBITUARY OF Mrs. Blanche Frazier Mrs. Blanche MAYO FRAZIER was born on Woodland Township on Nov. 21, 1886, to Mr. and Mrs. Willis MAYO. In April 1903 she was married to David MORTIMER. To this union, four sons were born. After Mr. MORTIMER died in 1921, she and the boys lived on a farm near Valton until 1930, when she was married to Ernest FRAZIER and moved to Adams. The couple lived in Adams and Winona, Mn., until they moved to Dunedin, Fl., where Mr. Frazier died in 1955. Mrs. FRAZIER died Apr. 9 in a nursing home after a long illness. Survivors include three sons, Hartsel MORTIMER, 203 S. Willow St.; Delbert MORTIMER, Winona Mn.; and Oliver MORTIMER, Wisconsin Rapids; a daughter Mrs. Audrey OSBORN, Tampa, FL.; 10 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren; two brothers, Fred MAYO, St. Paul, Mn.; and Joe, Union Center; and a sister, Mrs. Carrie BROOKS, Union Center. Services were held Apr. 12 in the Hammer Funeral Home with Rev. Virgil HOLMES, Pastor of the United Methodist church, officiating, and burial was in the Valton cemetery.
