Edward L. Wilson, 67, of 994 N. Water St., Cedarburg, a former resident of Knellsville, died unexpectedly of a heart attack at 12:30 a.m. Friday, at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Lewis Tennant.

Mr. Wilson was born at Grand Forks, N.D., on Dec. 12, 1892, and in 1914 was married to Louise Witte at Frieden's Evangelical and Reformed Church, Port Washington.

He worked as a route man for Peters Bakery of Port Washington throughout Ozaukee County, also was employed at the Wisconsin Chair Co., the Knellsville Cannery, and was a route salesman for Smith Bros. commercial fishermen until he retired a few years ago.

Survivors are the following children: Mrs. Herrb. (Rosalind) Arendt of Ventura, Calif., Mrs. Lewis (Marcella) Tennant of Cedarburg, Mrs. Lawrence (Ethel) Laven of Port Washington, Mrs. Sal (Florence) Fricano of Milwaukee, Wallace of Knellsville and Marvin Wilson of Waukesha; also 15 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by a son, Martin, and one daughter, Anna, and his wife died on June 13, 1954.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Feb. 1, at Frieden's Evangelical and Reformed Church, with the Rev. Christopher Boland officiating at the last rites. Interment will be made at the Port Washington Union Cemetery.

Friends may call at the Poole funeral home from 7 p.m. today until 11:30 a.m. Monday, then at the church until the time of services.
