Anthony Patasius, 43, of N. Lake St., Port Washington, died Thursday at Winnebago State Hospital where he had been taken three days before.

He was born in Port Washington, son of the late Ben and Mary Patasius, and had been employed at a Grafton manufacturing concern.

Survivors are three children, Jeanette, Ronald and Donald; one brother, John Patasius of Kenosha. His father passed away in 1957, and his mother died Monday, June 16, 1958.

Funeral services will be held at 8:30 a.m. Monday from the Horn Funeral Home, Port Washington, to St. Ambrose Catholic Church where Father James Shlikas of Sheboygan will officiate at the requiem mass at 9 a.m. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Port Washington.

Friends may call at the Horn Chapel from 2 p.m. Sunday until time of services Monday.
