Adolph Muessling

Funeral services for Adolph Muessling, 83, of 829 W. Lincoln Ave., Port Washington, who died Wednesday at St. Alphonsus Hospital, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Horn Funeral Home, Port Washington.

The Rev. Philip Schowalter, pastor of Frieden's United Church of Christ, will officiate. Burial will be in the Port Washington Union Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. today.

Mr. Muessling was born May 5, 1885, at Mayville, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Fred Meussling, and on Nov. 24, 1915, he married Mathilda Wecker at Theresa.

The couple moved to Port Washington in 1928 where Mr. Muessling worked at the J. E. Gilson Foundry until his retirement.

Survivors include his wife; three daughters, Mrs. Ferneaux (Adeline) Rinn and Mrs. Kenneth (Verna) Johnson, both of Port Washington, and Mrs. George (Viola) Fowler of Saukville; and two grandchildren.
