William and Mary Hegner Estate

William Hegner died in 1867, in Elmore,
Town of Ashford, Fond du Lac Co. WI
His death occurred only one week after the birth of his youngest child.
His estate was inventoried by Jacob Haessly, Administrator,
dated 17th day of August 1867

Mary Hegner, widow of William, survived her husband by only a few years.
She died in 1872, leaving 7 children to survive her.
Of those 7 children, only one, Elizabeth, was over 18.
The rest of the children were minors,
and the probate records concern the 6 minor children,
with no mention of the oldest - Elizabeth. |
