DIED: Mrs. Mary Jacobson died at the home of her son Jacob Jacobson, treasurer of town of Sherwood, Wednesday, October 4, 1905, age 78 years. Deceased was born in Norway and on coming to America, lived for a time at City Point and later in Town of Sherwood. The funeral was held Friday at the town hall, Rev. Brandt of Neillsville officiating. Deceased was a woman that was much respected by all who knew her.
