How to order BIRTH, MARRIAGE or DEATH certificates

Although the pre-1907 vital indexes contained within these Burnett Co. pages were created by the Wisconsin Department of Health and Family Services, Vital Records Division, the exact same records can be found at the county level.  If you find a record that you would like to have, you can obtain copies of originals by writing to the Burnett Co. Register of Deeds Office at:
